Veil of Shooting Stars v1.2.6 (downloadable vers only)

- Corrected the wrong dimensions of Tulpa Card video overlay.

- Added a media load system to reduce load off the initial start of the app.

HTML5 version note: Reverted html5 version back to v1.2.5

As of 10 Sept 2019, the video overlay issue still isn't fixed. It had actually became worse since it doesn't even play on Firefox or Opera anymore. I will be dropping any further development on voss for now.

Might switch to another engine or platform to continue work on this if i get feedback, if not, i am moving on.
